To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unworn and unused.
In its original condition.
Free from stains, marks, perfume, smoke or other odours.
Returned with its original tags, packaging and accessories, where applicable.
Products that have been altered, washed, damaged or improperly used may not be accepted for return.
7. Damaged or Used Products
TJ does not accept returns or refunds for products that have been:
Burned or exposed to fire.
Torn, cut or deliberately damaged.
Stained or marked after delivery.

Altered, repaired or modified by the customer.
Damaged after being worn or used by the customer.
If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact TJ as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photographs/videos of the packaging and product.
